Yin Yoga Training

As a contrast to many classic Yoga styles, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, passice postures and a practice within to guide through this stillness.


This training is the 2nd modul of our successful Yin Yoga Teacher Training and will go deeper into the topics of Yin Yoga postures, the usage of props, Sequencing Yin Yoga classes in a unique and creative way, knowledge about Chakras and Meridians, and classes for special needs like pregnancy and injuries.


A perfect addition to your classic YTT, your 100h Yin Yoga training or to get your personal practice to the next level.



Mindfulness Practice

By practicing Mindfulness, you practice how to be fully present, how to live your life in the here and now, and how to find peace within.


In all our trainings we have a special focus on Mindfulness. Yin and Mindfulness go hand in hand. When we enter the Yin energy, we enter the space of being instead of doing. Mindfulness practice teaches us how to be in this passive space with full attention and awareness.

Throughout this training we will deepen our Mindfulness practice and learn different strategies and techniques to live our everyday live more mindfully.

Weekly live sessions and discussions, 1:1 interviews with the teachers, an online group and a 'training buddy' will our touch points to go through this training together.

Eva-Maria Kurz


Evi is teaching Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Pilates, Hot Yoga and Hatha Yoga since 2016.


Her yoga journey startet during a surf trip in Fuerteventura in 2014. Back then her teacher helped Evi to overcome anxiety and cope better with her fear of the high waves in the Atlantic Ocean.


Ever since then her yoga practice became her anchor in daily life, guiding her through difficulties, health issues and stress. Almost 6 years ago, she started her first Teacher Training in Vienna, shortly followed by an intense Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Lanta, Thailand.


Evi loves to mix different styles. Her Vinyasa classes are powerful, yet floating and always inspired by her experience as a former professional dancer. In her Yin classes she loves to integrate her knowledge about the meridian lines in the body, the 5 elements and TCM.

She wants to share her passion about a healthy and sustainable yoga practice people can benefit from throughout every phase of their lives.


Anna Schlegel


Anna has been travelling and teaching Yoga and Meditation all over the globe for over 6 years.


She started her studies in Yoga and Meditation in 2012 at the Sivananda Yoga Institute in Vienna. From there, exploring many different styles and practices around the globe including Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and various forms of meditation. This led her to become formally certified as a yoga teacher in 2016 under Zuna Yoga in Bali.


In recent years, she has been studying and teaching throughout Europe, North America, Central America, Africa, and Asia, always seeking to share her own learnings and experiences with her students.


Her teachings are influenced by the wide variety of philosophies and practices she encountered along the way. Special emphasis is placed on discovery of the energies present within and around us and understanding of how to work with them.


She strives to help people live a full life by showing them how to be in the here and now.

100h Yin & Mindfulness Teacher Training

Had anyone asked me five years ago whether I intended to give yoga and meditation a go this person would have gotten a firm “No, never”!! Then in 2018 after an emotional and physical breakdown, I started with Yin-Yoga and subsequently with mindfulness meditation. That’s when I first met Anna and Evi!

They both supported me, who’d never been into bodywork or mindfulness work, in experiencing my body and its needs for the first time in my entire life.

And now, four years down the line I’m a qualified Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher.

Anna and Evi were the best teachers I could have asked for. If a yoga and meditation training touches you beyond techniques and anatomy, depends on the personality of your teachers. Evi and Anna with their empathy, knowledge and their mindful guidance were a blessing!

100h Yin & Mindfulness Teacher Training

Yin Body Mind is a Yoga Teacher Training, and the first one in that field for me personally. Even though I did not know Evi and Anna before the training, they both were here for me from day one and always answered my questions promptly.

 

Today our contact is still open and warm and that makes me very happy. In the 4 weeks of the training, we had live classes, workshops and also 1:1 calls with the teachers.

 

We had reading and writing homework and the whole program was pleasantly planned. I am looking very mich forward to module 2 with both of then, because I can learn a lot from them.

 

Overall, both are amazing in their field. Evi has a soft and soothing voice and teaches with a lot of love and experience. Anna has a lot of experience with meditation and made it easy for me to open myself towards the topic and to integrate meditation into my daily practice.
